Refund Policy for Lakeside AYSO Region 234

The Region's refund policy for the Spring coed season registration is as follows:

1.    The Regional Commissioner must receive notification of a player’s resignation from the region. All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing or email. Phone calls will not be accepted.

2.    Before teams are built: A full refund will be issued in the amount paid by parent, minus $20.00 to cover fees incurred by the Region for National Player fees, and other Regional expenses.   There will be NO REFUNDS after teams are built.  Exceptions may be made for medical reasons.

3.    All refund requests can be made in writing by mail to:

Emails can also be sent to the Regional Commissioner at [email protected]  (Include the player's  first and last name, date of birth, assigned coach, and mailing address, along with the reason they are withdrawing.)

Please note:  Refund checks are issued on a monthly basis and may take up to 30 days to process.
